Warranty and Returns


All our products come with a standard 1 year warranty from the manufacturer, unless otherwise specified on the product page (or otherwise in case of refurbished items for which please refer to details on the item page). If your item has developed any fault that is not caused by physical damage, liquid damage, neglect, misuse, normal wear & tear and it is still within the warranty period covered by the manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer. All our items are covered by 12 months return to base warranty. If issue occurs within the 30 days of purchasing the item, we will bear the cost of collecting, repairing and returning the item to the buyer. If issue occur after 30 days of purchase, the buyer will bear only the cost of sending the laptop to our warehouse for repair and we will bear the cost of returning the item to the buyer once issue is resolved. The warranty does not cover any form of accidental damage and software problems such as viruses/malware, or other file corruption.

Battery is guaranteed to last for at least 1 hour once charged fully. Batteries not meeting this standard will be replaced at no cost to the buyer provided it is reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Outside of this, batteries are not covered by a warranty as they are classed as consumable items.
