All orders are dispatched with the use of a courier service where you can track your parcel directly from the courier website. In order to do this, please use the tracking number provided via email and enter this onto the track your parcel option on the courier website.

No two refurbished products, even if they are the same age, model and make, will be in exactly the same condition as they have all had a different previous user. So, we’ve created a grading system that takes into account the age, functionality, cosmetic appearance, and overall condition of each device. If you have not received your order within the times stated for your destination and you have noticed unusual activity on your tracking number, please contact us for help. Please contact our team who'll be able to help you: or visit our contact us page.

We only sell refurbished ex-corporate devices that have previously been used by a business or corporation; we do not buy tech from the general public. Once we receive these devices in our warehouse, we then assess, thoroughly clean, and meticulously test them. Next, our team of skillful engineers ensure functionality is fully restored, like new, with all data erased. Any cosmetic needs are then taken care of using our in-house keyboard vinyling and printing services. The refurbished product finally goes through a rigorous quality-control process, before being dispatched.

If any goods that you received are damaged or otherwise in a state of physical impairment, we must be contacted immediately via email at We will not accept any liability for damaged goods if reported after 2 days of delivery.

If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please either refuse delivery or sign the driver’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund via original payment method.

Dead On Arrival products (DOA - Up to 30 Days)

If you feel your item is faulty on arrival, we would advise contacting us for technical support to trouble shoot and fix any technical issues before organising a return.

Goods returned with no fault found are subject to a restocking/ handling charge, thus by contacting manufacturer support, we can avoid it by confirming the fault and obtaining the return to vendor authorisation or DOA code.
